LaHay is a non smoking villa.  Smoking is allowed in all outside areas.
These prices include: Additional services payable localy:

- Wireless LAN (WIFI), Computer not included
- Grocery pack

Terms and Conditions

By making a booking the Guest confirms that all persons named in the booking form have agreed to be bound by these conditions and all other terms of the contract.

Guests are expected at all times throughout their holiday to conduct themselves in a proper manner and with due respect to the health and safety of all others.

Your reservation is not confirmed until a deposit of 20% of the full rental has been received by the owners who will require the deposit to be paid to secure the booking.

We ask all guests not to book flights before we have confirmed your rental dates with us.

We cannot accept bookings from any person aged 18 years or younger. All guests aged 18 or younger must be accompanied by an adult aged 21 years or over who will be at all times responsible for their behaviour and safety.

The guest must notify the owners by email as soon as possible if they have to cancel. The owners will confirm this cancellation by email. Should the guest not notify the owners of the cancellation all monies due will be required to be paid in full.

If we have to cancel your booking: We do not anticipate having to cancel your booking with us.  But, should it be beyond our control we will do our upmost to transfer your booking to another villa or hotel or refund any monies paid.  Such reasons could include, flooding, fire or damage to the villa.

The price includes:

  • Escort to and from the airport or harbour to the villa on the day of arrival and departure

  • A welcome fruit basket on arrival

  • Maid service 6 days per week  To include washing up, emptying of all rubbish bins, making of beds, changing of bed linen and towels twice a week, etc.  For any additional service please contact us for prices

  • For local and international telephone calls a pay as you go mobile phone is provided. Guests can top up this mobile as required

  • Help and advise from our local Manager

  • Water, Electricity and Gas

The price does not include;

  • Any breakages (these must be paid for in full before the day of departure in US Dollars or TT Dollars)

  • The services of a cook

  • Any additional maid service

  • Any miscellaneous charges not mentioned above

Pool

We do not recommend that children or non swimmers are allowed in the pool or it's surrounding area without adult supervision. We do not accept any responsibility for injury or loss of life whatsoever. No diving, running or jumping and swimming aids as such as floatation devices are to be used at your own risk.

Disabled/Elderly or Infirm Access: LaHay is set on 3 floors  and would not be suitable for wheelchair users or anyone with severe mobility problems.

We reserve the right to amend the prices shown on the website at any time.

We do not accept any responsibility for any other company or operator, any loss of enjoyment due to ill health, injury, weather or any other matters beyond our control.

We insist that all clients take adequate travel and medical insurance to cover their holiday.  We have no insurance responsibility.

Check In

You may check in at any time after 4pm on the day of arrival.  Should you wish to check in earlier than this, please let us know and we will do our best to accommodate your request.

Check Out

Check out time is 12.00 midday on the day of departure. Should you wish to check out later we will do our best to accommodate you.

Occupancy

The villa can accommodate a maximum of six guests (eight if the family room is used as a bedroom).   The lead person (i.e. the person who made the reservation) shall be held responsible for all occupants whilst renting the villa.  We ask that all guests do not play loud music at anytime or cause a nuisance to others.

Should any misconduct happen during the rental period, such as, crime, drugs, unlawfulness, abuse etc., the owners or their representative may exert their rights and demand that all occupants leave LaHay Villa immediately with no refund whatsoever of any monies paid.  Any expenses caused by such an episode will be payable by the lead person named in the booking.

The occupants must leave the premises at the agreed time in the confirmed booking.  Should it be necessary to vacate the premises later than agreed the full daily rental will be charged and be payable before departure in the local currency.

Smoking

LaHay is a non smoking villa but guests are allowed to smoke in all outside areas.  Please use the ash trays provided.

Pets

We do not allow any pets whatsoever.  Guide dogs or hearing dogs at the discretion of the owner.

Data Protection

We require certain information regarding our guests in order to process the booking and make arrangements for their stay.  These details include full names, address, email address, telephone numbers and age.  We will not pass on any details to any other parties other than those operators or companies directly involved with your booking, unless required to do so by a law official or a court of law.

Loss of Enjoyment

We cannot be held responsible for any 'loss of enjoyment' due to matters beyond our control such as loss of television reception, weather, ill health, failure of other operators etc.
