External steps lead down either side of the verandah to the illuminated pool and extensive tropical garden areas. Beside the private pool is a large tiled sun deck complete with sunloungers, tables and chairs, etc which leads to the elevated jacuzzi and lawned area. Behind the jacuzzi the garden slopes and contains many exotic tropical flowers and  shrubs which attract a variety of birdlife and butterflies.  There are also numerous fruit trees, including avocado, mango, lime, breadfruit, etc. which create shady and peaceful areas to relax in. You will be sure to find your own favourite spot. 

A gas BBQ is provided for use poolside.
